Milox respects intellectual property rights. This Copyright & IP Policy explains how we handle copyright complaints, trademark issues, and user responsibility for content uploaded to the Service.
1. User responsibility
You may post only content you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for posts, photos, messages, and other media you upload. Uploading copyrighted material without authorization may violate our Terms and applicable law.
2. Milox’s role
Milox is a platform for user-generated content. We do not pre-screen all uploads. We respond to valid copyright complaints and may remove content or suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe rights.
3. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content on Milox infringes your copyright, email support@milox.in with:
- Your name and contact email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The URL or sufficient information to locate the content on Milox (username, post link, etc.).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, contact support@milox.in with an explanation and identification of the removed content. We may restore content where appropriate after review.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content may be permanently banned at our discretion.
6. Trademarks
Do not use Milox branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission. Do not impersonate Milox staff or official accounts.
